Information for Law enforcement

Crowdgather operates a network of free online forums where users can create and manage their own forum communities. An online forum community is a website where users can view and post information. Our network is governed by the following policies: Terms of Service/Use, Privacy and DMCA.

We will cooperate with law enforcement upon receiving a valid subpoena or court order. We will provide the information requested in the subpoena or court order if the information is available within our records.
Information we need to respond quickly and efficiently to the subpoena or court order:

• The URL of the content the subpoena is regarding (e.g. http://www.crowdgather.com/subpoena);
• List in detail the specific information you are requesting (IP Address, User Name, User Registration Email, etc.);
• If applicable, include copies of the URL content in question.
