Hi, i am MA fashion marketing student at NTU. I'm from Thailand but my dissertation is about Brand loyalty in UK fashion.

My question are :
Do you any loyalty cards from your favourite brand?

What benefit do you like from that card?

and What do you need from store card and services of fashion brands?

Well, definitely the branded material provides a loyalty card. Great quality or of course loyalty should come together for a good review from customer side.

I agree with what you said.. "Loyalty" is mutual process, it is beneficial to both the brand and the costumer.
