We have noticed lately that there has been a huge increase in spam posts and advertising here on Fashion Forums so here is a full list of our updated rules and guidelines list to which we’d like you all to refer when using the forums. Anyone not following these guidelines may face a permanent ban from the forum.
Links
The moderators will look at posts containing links and decide what action to take based on the context. If your post contains a link that is blatantly advertising your own product or services your post will be removed and added to the trash forum without prior notice and you may face a ban.
Showcase Forum
If you feel you have found an amazing product or fashion piece and you want to show it off and include a link then you are permitted to post in the ‘Showcase’ section here: http://www.fashion-forums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1121
please be aware that if you are seen to be repeatedly mentioning products or services from the same website your post will still be constituted as spam and removed/taken to the trash section. Use the section wisely and enjoy it!
Deals & Steals Forum
This forum is for the genuine sale or trade of fashion items between members it is NOT the place to be advertising your own products or services. Remember to include as much detail as possible about the item you have for sale or items you are looking to buy. General
As a general rule across all of our forums we do not allow pornographic materials, racist comments or posts which deliberately attack or flame another member. If you have any comments or questions regarding these rules please contact a member of the forum staff or leave us a message in the appropriate forum.
