starting a blog site

Hi I'm planning to create a fashion blog, I have owned websites before so i know my HTML and stuff so thats no problem but what is is that I've never had a blog before and i think they're different as you can leave comments on them and stuff like that. Is it just like normal HTML only you have a 'leave a comment' form box or do you sign up to some blog site or something? If you have one or know what I mean please let me know and suggestion on blog sites i can sign up for. thanks xxx

O, that's sounds pretty good idea though, I am too lazy to do that kind of things. I'd rather to take some photos with that time or just enjoy a good movie.

As far as putting something on your website goes I know that you can get scripts to put in your html that will do the comment boxes for you but I can't remember any names right now. try going to http://php.resourceindex.com/ as they have everything there. The only Blog site I know of is blogspot but I'm sure there are a million others.

Use Wordpress its about as easy and painless as you'll get for publishing/blog software.
