What do you typically have for breakfast? I'm usually on the run and just grab a bowl of cereal just to have something on my stomach. What about you?
I make my kids a good breakfast but usually eat leftovers or toast and always a couple of cups of coffee in front of the computer while I get started working.
If we have someplace to be in the morning, I usually skip it. Not on purpose. I just forget because I have 34857435174 other things to do.

I understand. I try not to skip breakfast. Sometimes I have to because I'm running late and usually grab something not healthy. I try to eat a bowl of cereal every morning because its quick and easy. For the past week, I've been eating LiveActive cereal. Got enough fiber in it to fill my stomach so I won't overeat for lunch. Weekends I splurge and fix pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns, and whatever else :)

Very Interesting question. If you live with your parents and you have a good friendship with them then they wont let you go without eating breakfast. Anyway Its just a thing. From my side some time I started with a cup of tea and some time nothing.

haha thats so true, the living with the parents part. They never let me leave home without eating in the mornings. They think driving without having breakfast is a big no no because then i might happen to get hungry on the road and get dizzy lmao. If some days i leave the house without eating, they think i don't feel well and bring up the questions "is everything ok" hahaha. so yes, breakfast is a big part of my life. I usually have a slice of toast with something and tea or cappuccino.

Oatmeal is good, make sure you drink skim or 1% milk with that-it really helps. I alway's eat breakfast, I don't think I can think straight without it

I started eating breakfast regularly when I found out the way they train Sumo's to become so big is by making them skip breakfast. Food for thought ladies?

I make a habit of it otherwise I end up with a mass headache and feel like crap come the afternoon.
I've gotten into fat free cottage cheese. 1/2 cup only has 80 calories and has 15 grams of protein. If I'm in a hurry, I just eat a couple spoonfuls out of the container and that stops me from craving a carb-overload starbucks stop on the way to work.
Sometimes I grab a luna bar if I'm really on the run.
I usually try to eat breakfast - I find that if I have protein in the morning, I function better all day.

hmm. I'll start adding flaxseed oil - that's a great idea. I've also started getting into Wheatgrass juice. It's so good for you!

I used to drink Wheatgrass from Robeks juice. Everytime after the gym I'd make a stop at Robeks for wheatgrass. When I read up on the nutritional factors for it, I was amazed. It's very good for you.

I used to work with this guy who one day decided to start having a shot of wheat grass every day. After about 3 months I could see how much better his skin and hair looked. It was that noticable.
Sadly I just can't stomach it :(

Mix it into a smoothie?
That's the only way I've ever had it.

I always drank it as a shot lol. made it quick so I wouldn't taste it too much haha. There was something about the taste I hated but then there was something that I liked about it. It smelled just like fresh grass at the park haha

I'm not sure I can either. It made me sick over the weekend. But then again, maybe that was after exercise on an empty stomach...

Before I'm not taking any break fast, a glass of orange is enough for me, but now I eat my breakfast. I eat oatmeal with milk and hot chocolate.
