Very recently, I have ordered a clutch from Singer22.com and very disappointed with my purchase. First, the merchandise was poorly wrapped. It is CC Skye, one of the renowned designers in the city and her product came in with no box, no bag and with just some tissues. Second, the clutch seems worn, the hardware is rusted and the color of the leather fades and looks dirty. Also, there are couple scratches on the surface. Third, the interior leather flap is bulging....very seriously. I don't know if it is caused by the seam or this clutch might be in contact with water so it swelled. Fourth, the featured item is called "cc logo bracelet clutch" and in the photo, it shows a gold cuff links to the clutch and this is one of the designs makes this purse unique and made me want to own it. However, the clutch arrived with NO BRACELET! Last but not least, the featured photo shows Black Patent purse but currently, the store only has white. Won't you think if it stated that "only have white in stock, " one would think it means "patent leather" in white but not any other quality in white? And the purse I received is not patent!!
Upon my receipt of the package, I wrote to the its customer service about my claim and get no reply in the past three days. So I made a call to them and there is a lady answered the phone. First, she is polite and said she will contact me back on the following Monday with answer because obviously, my case hasn't been reviewed. To better serve her memory, I'm kind of to describe what my complaint is about. As soon as I'm telling her why I'm not satisfied with its merchandise, she starts getting fussy and said one should know sale items probably not come in perfect because as time passes by and with people touching it, the condition will never stay new. Of course, I can understand that but I'm not just talking about the conditions which are caused all these reasons. How about the bulging leather and missing accessory? Would one expect get no remote control because one purchase a discount TV? On the other hand, when I order sale item from website likes eluxury, it comes 99% new. Personally, I do not think it is wise for a representative to argue with a customer especially when she didn't see the merchandise herself. As soon as I asked her name, she hung up on me. I called back twice afterward and all went to voice mail. This is so intolerable! Now, the complaint isn't just about the merchandise anymore, it's also about the service. I've already called my credit card company and put this transaction in dispute.
