does that REALLY happen if your in your teenage years ? (13-16)
coz i always wear heels & iim 14,, the tallest heel i have iis 4"
& people have toldd me not to wear heels that tall coz it will kinda deform myy legs when im in the growing age
but luckily they said that 1-2" heels are okayy.
so does that really happen ?
and how can i liive a life wiith no 3" heels ?

It happens with long term exposure. So if you stand up all day with the same heels on, it will cause the look of your legs to change and more than anything it will also cause damage to the joints on your knees. Why will it damage the joints? It will damage the joints because of the concentrated shock occuring every time you land your foot and that concentrated shock will head towards your knees. If you have alternate shoes to wear make sure you have a pair so you can be a bit more gentle to your body.

i love those flats.
but i feel...um...whats the word ? well, kinda like im lacking something when im wearing it. i just love heels... but il try to buy either flats or 2" heels from now on =]

As always the flats are more comfortable and the high heels can make you look better.

Pain is your body telling you there is something wrong. - If the heels hurt, take them off!

Good fit to your foot is more important with higher heels than it is with flats. Cheap or badly designed shoes will hurt more. Better quality heels can be worn for longer before they hurt, or may not even hurt at all. And once your feet have finished developing, you should find it easier.

But generally it's fine to wear higher heels if your feet, ankles and legs can cope with them. But once you start to ache, then listen to your body and change in to something lower heeled (2 inches or less). Don't keep on wearing them once they start to hurt, as that's when they start to ruin your feet and legs.

Heels with skinny jeans are fine. I see a lot of girls rocking that look in the evenings and it looks cool.

Heels don't only ruin ur legs, they can really screw up ur feet (Vicky B is living proof of that)

So I tend not to wear heels to college and stuff.

My highest pair are 6'' silver platform courts, they make my legs look lovely!! And give me the hight I lack lol

Only if you wear them too much and don't listen to your body. - Pushing on through the pain barrier is when you start to cause damage.
