View Full Version : What to wear?

I have a wedding this Saturday evening and found a very cute tshirt type dress at Urban Outfitters. The fabric is a very light silk and the print has navy and grays-almost silvers.
So what shoes to wear? Was thinking a patent leather type wedge, but brown or black? I'm afraid the brown will look too casual. And should I stick to silver jewelry with the grays in the dress. Was hoping to wear gold, but am not sure if I can swing that...
Any suggestions?

Yeah, a pic would definitely help.
But my advice without the pic: unless the grays in the dress are actually metallic, and if you have the gold urge, go for it. If you believe in it, you can swing it :)
Here's some wedges (http://www.onehotpair.com/search_shoes/terms/womens-dress-sandals-wedges.html) to check out. The Via Spiga Madra (http://www.onehotpair.com/rate_shoes/via-spiga-madra-26744.html) caught my eye, and might work in a classy but relaxed way with UO stuff.
And for a laugh, if you want to carry the gold downwards, here's some gold shoes (http://www.onehotpair.com/search_shoes?terms=gold) to get you started ;) Or gold wedges (http://www.onehotpair.com/search_shoes?terms=gold+wedge). Actually -- some of those might not be 100% wrong. Ha ha!

I feel that it is best for you to wear silver accesories. :D It would match your dress and it would make you look elegant and clean.
