HI Everybody,
:D
Your hair speaks you; People don't do enough to keep their hair healthy. Many people get up in the morning, jump in a shower. Then they get out of the shower and spray all kinds of gel and harsh chemicals in their hair. With the harsh chemicals, hair dryers and curlers we use in our hair, the hair nutrients get sapped from us, here are the most effective tips that can help you to strengthen your hair and having attractive look.

The most effective solution is to use a protein-based mask once a week for a month, and then take a hiatus before treating your hair again.

Just make this a routine, like you take your vitamins every day, brush your teeth everyday, and you eat 3 meals a day, take care of your hair everyday!

Use warm water to shampoo, and cool water to rinse your conditioner out, because warm water and shampoo open the cuticle of your hair and clean it out. Washing the hair regularly helps to open the pores of your hair. When the pores are blocked, they tend to make the hair not grow and make the grown ones weak.

NEVER use a brush, as it will create too much tension on your hair and snap it off, also do not comb dry hair have it soaking wet or at least damp and try using a wide tooth comb.

Chemical processes like perming and coloring will also damage the hair. If you use these processes, be extra careful and use moisturizing treatments on a regular basis.

Finally, sleep with a satin scarf or pillowcase to protect your hair from breakage.

it depends on the comb you are using(as much as possible
use soft hair brush)..
according to what i've red this is also a big
help in order to relax the scalp and in this way, the oil secreted by your
scalp will scatter all over your hair...

Keratin is the fundamental component of our hair. It is a protein formed by the combination of 18 amino acids , among which cysteine deserves special mention, being rich in sulfur and playing an important role in the cohesion of the hair. :p

As a stylist, I can say that using a brush will not damage your hair. Use the correct brush and don't be rough and you'll be fine. (If you have longer hair)Comb your wet hair starting from the ends and work your way up. It will get rid of the tangles carefully without snapping off any hair.

*And heat is fine as well. Keep the heat circulating and don't overdo it or your hair could fry over time!
*Great healthy hair comes from within, so eating healthy and staying hydrated is number one key.
*DO NOT USE STORE DYES, PERMS, or RELAXERS. Or anything else that comes in a box at Walmart...haha. These chemicals are very harsh and damaging.
*A hair masque is a fabulous idea as well.
*If you have oily hair, wash it regularly. Otherwise if you have dry hair, leave some time in between washes.

I recommend most of my clients to use a shine serum. Put a drop of this onto your palms and rub it into the ends of your hair and slightly through the rest of the hair shaft. This will create an INSTANT healthy appearance. It's also great for your hair.

Good luck with the hair all :D

Thanks for all this advice! I was shocked to see that I shouldn't brush my hair when dry...I always thought it was more likely to break when wet! Delighted to hear heat is fine. Without heat or a hairbrush, I'd have to shave my head!!
