Belt Buckle Help!

I've seen some cool belt buckles around, and I'd really like to wear one. The problem is that I don't know how. I notice women wearing them all the time, but they have the obvious advantage of shorter shirts.

Is tucking in the part of the shirt right behind the buckle, but leaving the rest untucked okay? Any other suggestions?

Try a hip t-shirt by someone like Black Hearts Brigade (http://www.planetfunk.com/p_template.php?shop=m&brand=61) or Salvage, maybe RZST.....belt buckle's are not meant to be work with button up shirts generally....it looks funny. It's al about the cut of the shirt.
