Prada certificates of authenticity

So I've decided to go out and spend money on Prada stuff...but after getting the certificate and seeing it's a magnetic card, I'm wondering what you use it for...the girl who was selling me the stuff said it's used to store everything you've bought on it, which will be redeemed for perks...anyone have a clue what they're used for? I'd think there'd be some type of function for them...unless I'm just thinking too deeply on the subject. Can anyone help me??????

Not even sure, I didn't get anything of such nature aside from a thank you come again from the Prada shop when I bought my shoes and sunglasses. Maybe it's something new, a points program of sorts?

I know of a couple people getting cards with there prada. I think they are just to have. proof what you own is real.

yea, i have no clue...kinda irks me not knowing what i got...it's like being invited into a club that you have no clue about...haha

Hey guys just signed up. i am a frequent buyer at prada in Australia and I can say that not only are the prada authenticity cards used to show that the product you have just purchased is really a prada original design, but they are also used so that the more you frequent and show the card you can infact ask for a return customer discount. i do all the time and it has never failed me.
