Hi Flo,

Few things for your skin. You must keep using a moisturizer - an oil free one, because even if your skin is oily it will produce more oil to counteract any that it loses. Try to use products that will not strip your skin, that are not too astringent. My advice is too look for products that contain a small amount of AHA's which will gently exfoliate your skin from the inside out. I often find that most people expect immediate, quick results from any new skin care routine, so be tolerant and let the products do their work. If I am allowed to recommend products I would suggest Niume skin technology (this is what we use in my clinic) it has a really good price point and excellent results for problematic skins.

Hope this helps!

Neutrogena is the best way to go. Their exfoliating cushions and clear pore moisturiser are fabulous products. Its the best range for troubled skin with oily tendencies!

a facial every month is also a great investment for this sort of skin. youll be amazed at the improvement after one visit!

at first you must avoid oily foods and take plenty of water with balance diet. Wash your face at least four times daily. You can try out Gold Turmeric Cream w/24K for skin twice a day.
