I think your right in what your saying

think fashion follows music or vice versa but mainly they are both in tow of each other.

Not saying the music is from the 70's but they are alot of good alternative music around just like the 70's

Id say the seventies are showing up in shoes this season, with the chunky heel and everything, it looks pretty though

I agree... That era plays an important part in today's fashion... I love the skinny jeans, the wedge heels, the vibrant colors that are all coming back into style... It makes me feel comfortable keeping past wardrobes for recycle!

It seems like I see more and more Mullets in Argentina, but I dont think they are doing it as a throw back to the 70s/80s!

I think that some people are mistaking the Emo Style for the 70's style. I am sort of learning and following parts of the Emo style and it is compareable to the 70's with subtile differences.

i effing hate this stupid "emo" style, its annoying. cuz now everyone who is not emo, or w/e they call everyone emo. and its just confusing. i just want this emo style to be over with. :x

I think that anyone can dress the emo style, but I can't stand the people who pretend they are emotional wrecks for sympathy and compasion. Drives me crazy. I dress somewhat "emo" on the weekends, but definately not an emotional wreck. I just like the look.
