Where might I find a similar top? (picture inside)

I found this adorable top while searching the internet for sort of 50s styled black tops, to match my recently ordered black and white polka dotted skirt. But, the problem is this top is $50! I was wondering if anyone had seen a similar top online or perhaps know of a good website for me to go to and browse. I need to find a super cute black top that won't break the bank!
