Seen Devil Wears Prada? love or hate the clothes?

i finally saw it and loved it. thought it was light and funny. now the clothes....wow...the clothes. I loved the pieces they had on her. She had a few Chanel outfits on, but does anyone know who designed the other pieces?

I LOVED THE CLOTHES. the movie was awesome.

oh is the movie out yet? cant wait to see it, i dont think its been released yet, maybe soon as i heard..i'm sure it got really cool clothes and god i so love CHANEL, i went to their boutique today and they got really nice stuff and i fell in love with their accessories, my mom didnt let me buy any cuz i am going to London next week so i might find newer collection..they're gorgeous i can say..!!

i'm seen a similar necklace to this, but the one i saw was a bit shorter and got more chains..

4Rings, i was looking exactly like the second necklace you posted, its amazing.!! i asked the lady but i think it was sold out or maybe an old stock or something, didnt expect much from the shop to bring a wider collection, she showed me some and not the type that i like..i've seen alot of celeb wearing them but never saw them in real, only a one with huge diamod pieces.!! it was like $133546456.. lol..

OMG! I can but can't believe how pricey that necklace is. It looks somewhat vintage too--I wonder if it was a limited edition piece? I don't know much about Chanel at all, but a friend of mine is reading a book all about her. I'll report back.

what did you think of the cap anne hathaway was wearing? I'm not big on caps, but was surprised that it actually looked stylish on her.

I thought the cap was a little off, but it was tweed and had a great mark on her outfit. It completed the outfit , so therefore it is cute. I would wear one personally. Those boots, omg. So hawt. Gotta get a pair.

you mean the CHANEL hat? i guess its CHANEL cuz it looks like it, i'm not a big fan of hats and CHANEL style looks really wintery cuz its good i guess..not my type of hats like a french painter you know!!

For some strange reason, my photos didn't paste correctly. I attempted to post the hat photo but it seems like, on my screen, it didn't come up.

I can't do hats like that. I think I'd ook goofy or trying to hard, but I guess in Hollywood...they can pull it off! HA.

I guess fall stuff is starting to hit the stores so tweed is starting to reappear?

The clothes are sooo gorgeous! I saw it with my mum and I'm there going "That's Chanel! That's Marc Jacobs! That's a Balenciaga Motorcycle Bag!" I think I annoyed her a little.. haha. I want the whole wardrobe!

The second outfit stood out most to me. I adore the off the shoulder top with the crisp white button-up underneath. Of course, I would kill for that necklace. ;) For now, my string of pearls will have to do... *sigh*

I loved all of the clothes from the devil wears prada. one of my favorite outfits was in the very begining of the movie and all of the girls are getting ready, I loved all of the coats, they are my favorite things to buy *along with jeans!) another good movie to watch for clothing ideas is breakfast at tiffany's

Those Chanel thigh high boots are something I shall forever, forever dream of owning. Other than that, everything was pretty much drool worthy as she de-frumped, which was, of course, the point. I have a copy of the movie and I have a feeling it will be re-watched this week :)

I adored all the clothes in that film... def one of my faves... and loved the fact that and the new Sex in the City film have kind of put the fingers up to the anti fur industry... I know fur is a wee bit naughty... but on the whole im all for it as long as its farmed fur and not endangered species.

hahha i watched dwp last night and now I am watching sex and the city. I watch them over and over again for the clothes. I loved the outfit carrie was wear season six part two I think episode 3, her ankle boots with a tweed pink and white suit. yummy
