Shoes on a budget

I don't feel comfortable spending upwards of $40 on shoes. Where can I shop for shoes so I can splurge on other things?

Payless Shoes... Thats a tough one and you may be hard pressed to find something on that tight a budget? In my parts you wouldn't find a thing! Now I feel real guilty for the $375 I just spent on my new Gucci lace up's :oops:

You're right but I have plenty of shoes I've found for less than $40. They're cute and of quality too. I'd love to just break the bank on shoes but I don't think it's worth it (for me). :o
