I'm not really either. I mean if you buy black leggings that aren't a brand or are from like a small brand name for like $15 I'd rather buy those than pay for the exact same thing except like for $200 for a big brand name. The only thing is I like having good brand name clothes just because they are usually of a better quality.

looks fab?!

I'm not really brand conscious. For me, anything goes, just as long as it looks great on me will do. However, if I were to go for brands, I would choose the ones that I really really really do like it and splurge it on. But then again, the trade off would be 1 great branded piece - 3 not branded equally fab pieces. Hmm.

I am 50/50 on this one brand is important for me also since usually they do have rather high quality design and acutally took the time to market it and people could acutally notice what you are wearing. But non brand i guess it does depends on what i wear maybe for PJs i wouldn't mind brand all that much or Bathrobes also :)

sometimes it matters to me, like with shoes, but the whole £80 legging thing doesn't make sense to me, at all. mine were a fiver from new look and i love them.

however, when it comes to pieces people notice, it is nice to have a label now and again.

If it fits and looks good, I'll buy it-what's in a name?

I'm not really brand conscious, I am quality conscious though. A name is nice but I'll take great quality over a name any day.

i'm all about quality and crossing boundaries, so even if its something like sean john or rocawear, if it looks good i'll wear it. if its crapnd total crap and the label says diesel, i still am not going to put that on. i can't be a brand-whore because if its not good, then you are supoting a bad fashion cause and if it is good then you are supporting a good fashion cause.

Im all for the high street shopping, you can get some lovly peices.
As for brand names yes i do like to have a peice that is brand named.....but i'll only buy something of brand name if its something i really really wanted.
I dont buy names just because theyre names i buy names because its something ive liked and something ive really wanted.

I cant rate h+m highly enough its my favourite shope give me clothes from there over Vivienne Westwood any day.

Quality is always a must, and granted, usually a label will guarentee you a certain degree of quality, but generally speaking, I try and find alternatives. I am a denim guy and there are lots of excellent quality denim manufacturers before you reach the 7 for all mankind, Energie and Diesel level. Though needless to say, I own a pair of each, heh... But its all about the wear for me.

As long as it looks good and you feel comfortable in it then who cares if its got a big brand tag? I prefer to find one off pieces anyway... Nothing worse than going out and seeing someone else in your gorgeous new dress... unless you look better than them of course!;)

I love shagpile (http://www.shagpile.com.au) handbags!

I'm sort of in between on this. There are some brands that I love that if I saw a cheaper item clothing somewhere else in a similar style I'd still buy the brand named item cause of my liking for the brand, but if it's a choice of either a brand name that's not one of my favourites or a cheaper alternative of a similar quality, I go cheaper.

Does it matter!!
No I don't think so.
But we do like to wear some brand names. Or like me if I do buy a brand name its usually of the usual ones that I bought before.
