the silver looks better than the gold, the silver is much cheaper, it costs $200 around and the gold one costs around $2200..!! I just cant wait for my necklace to arrive :D

I also love Tiffany jewellery - i have the heart necklace and bracelet similar to the above and 4 pieces of Paloma Picasso for Tiffany. I love her designs.

You're so right - some of it is ridiculously expensive but it IS Tiffany - and you're always going to feel a little bit Audrey Hepburn when wearing it!

Definately Tiffanys!! when i was in New York I bought these heart earrings, with a ring, Gorgeous pair! I also own a huge diamond ring passed down from my grandmother. I never wear it, im afraid i might lose it. It's way to precious. I also LOVE chanel. I'm a silver (or white gold) and gemstones girl myself, I love pendants or chokers with unusual beads, striking gemstones or gorgeous pieces of shell, especially paua shell which is allsorts of shades of turquoise and silver and is so stunning, and I love my green glass bead and murano glass charm bracelet.

Turquoise or blues, purples, green and browns are my favourite jewellery colours, I like things to have an interesting but natural almost organic feel to it, as though the jewellery has a life of its own. If it doesn't speak to me (not literally of course..lol) I don't want it!

I have a friend whose like that with handbags, she wears it around the shop first and if it doesn't feel like it always been hers she doesn't buy it...I've tried that since and it works..stops impulse buys of bags that will end up irritating you after 20 mins of wearing them.

Can't really get away with that with jewellery in a shop though, they'd probably just assume you were going to nick it :)

:D My favorite jewelry piece now is by a young american jewelry designer named Teri Bienvenue....It is blackened sterling silver chain lariat sporadically dripping with tiny brilliant laboradorite stones, that wraps around my neck about three or four times. The ends have bigger laboradorite stones that cascade a few more inches after you tie it at the neck. I receive so many compliments on it, and two ladies tried to buy it off of my neck. Oh and I of course have earrings to match.

I actually loved all of the Teri Bienvenue pieces I saw at this gallery, but they are quite pricey, so I will have to wait another time to buy more. This is the first time I've seen her pieces in London. I've seen her pieces in the U.S. I hope she will become more popular in Britain. Her designs are gorgeous.

i haven't got one yet but i fell in love with this black leather cord choker with thin cylindrical pendant that goes through the choker which i saw in a store. the pendant has different colored crystals which made it look special and yet simple. i used to buy lots of bracelets before but now im more into earrings, especially dangling ones. i prefer those that have crystals in them and puka shells for less formal occasions.

I love jewellery, especially as my father is a jeweller, and he's always made me whatever I've wanted, but I never ever wear it.. I still buy it aswell, but never wear it! I have no idea why, I just seem to forget!

I tend to like petite, simple, delicate jewelry, probably because I'm petite myself. All my diamonds are solitare settings and my wedding ring (not the engagement ring) is just a plain band.

Aside from my engagement ring and wedding band, my favorite jewelry is the two opal pieces I inherited from my Nan. One is a ring, the other a necklace.
