Lipgloss can't have dry lips, then Mascara would be second cos my eyelashes are naturally long.

probably mascara..i got short eyelashes and i always love them to be like spiders :D very long and thick..

Maybe girls in my city are different? Our beauty criteria include an important one: bright white skins with no blemishes such as spots, acnes.

So, mine are foundation and concealers.

Foundation. I feel self concious without it because I have pink/red cheeks (so I don't need to wear blush) and I always get scared that I'll look blotchy without foundation.
