How to rip jeans...need help please!!!!!!

hey i need some help from anyone who has cut there jeans before.......


i just bought a pair of ripped jeans which are expensive, they are boot cut and look weird on the bottom when i wear a pair of sneakers. i want to slit the sides of the jeans to make some room when i wear shoes....how to i slit the sides. do i just go along the seam on both sides......cut along only one side....or make like a triangle shape when i cut them?? they were expensive so i wanna cut them right, i just wanna have some more room at the bottom if possible becasue they are very boot cut and kinda tight at the bottom. ....help please!!!! :lol:

Hi, I can tell you this - don't cut a v shape.

You are best to cut up a little bit on the inside leg along side of the seam.

Only do a bit at a time and try them on with the shoes until you have the desired look. Denim is very strong so they won't run away on you.
