Men in Shorts

Can men look good in shorts?
Too often you see guys looking like a sack of potatoes wearing shorts but it's an item of clothing I personally wear often.
With different materials and styles to chose from a man can look good.
Whats your view and what type of short do you wear? If your a lady what kind of short do you like to see a guy wear.
Are they fashionable or just practicable?

I think that men can look good in shorts if they wear them properly. They need to fit on the waist, not hang down so that you can see thier underwear. They need to be around knee length, not too long so they are manpris like Kevin Federline wears (just put on pants if you are going to wear them that long) but they should not be Richard Simmons short.

I don't like jean shorts for men, khaki colored is the best (or somewhere along those lines.)

I think that men can look good in shorts, why not? I mean .. I've seen plenty of boys wearing shorts - and still being hot!

Yes indeed sisterparis she does. Which is very nice because most people think a guy who wears leather is gay which is not the case with me at all.
The lederhose I got for a holiday to Austria this July, and my wife has encouraged me to wear these to the airport on our departure.
Should be fun!

Pete. I think that if you are comfortable wearing leather and you look good wearing it, you should. Stereotypes about clothing are ridiculous. I am happy your wife is supportive.

I think it's important that you don't smother yourself from head to toe, as that can be overpowering. In that way you may not give the wrong impression.

if my husband really likes something and i dont i will let him wear it, cuz he likes me and not me, but i would expect the same reaction with me too, i wanna wear whatever i like, but i guess here we care alot of what men think of us..i dont wanna look unattrative to my man..but i guess he likes everything in me :D oh no he hates my purses..!!

I have a strong disliking of men in short shorts, probably brought on by the traumatic sight of my dad wearing them with 20 year old 'Nike Air Nazareth' Jesus sandals, and with his socks pulled up *shudders*

I like them just below the knee on men.

Personally lindsay I am not keen on long shorts, I think its important how you wear them if they are short, and what you wear them with. Also I see no point in covering up a good set of pins.

If I do wear shorts, it's usually Khaki Cargo shorts or something like that. I would never be able to pull those leather shorts off! More power to you Pete!

i think guys wearing short look pretty good but thats only if they wear them properly. otherwise i have no problems with them. but the most important thing is that they feel good themselves. And Pete you look great with those leather ones. :D
