Anybody can give some professional advice on the upcoming trend/fashion for real jewellery stuff? Is the necklace in or out? What are the hottest/most desirable item and design for the real jewellery (made of real stones, pearls, silver, gold, gems, etc). Appreciate your insights.

When it comes to jewelry in 2006, there are a number of hot trends. Of course, pearls are still and will continue to be on the top of the list whether in classic strands or trendy pieces mixed with other gemstones. Long layered looks are very in! Whether you wear long classic strands of pearls mixed with shorter strands or layers of strands of chains mixed with semi-precious gemestones, you'll be right on target.

In my opinion, nothing looks better than a really trendy outfit mixed with classic jewelry such as a pearl choker or a really clean outfit mixed with very colorful trendy jewelry.

If anyone's paid attention to the value of silver lately, I would say it's pretty safe to say it's going to be another hot year for sterling. I seems like it goes up at least 40-50 cents a gram everyday!
