talented or not??celb clothing lines!

celeb clothes line like L.A.M.B. or sweetface etc. i dont think there that talented what so ever!!! i think that they just become fashion designers to make there celeb profiles bigger and thats not a reason at all to become a designer its about art and self expression to be honest i think they doit for the money it sickning because there not the ones who design it they hire fashion designers to doit for them all they do is touch ups to the dress and the last time i checked thats not just wat designers are only suppose to do and they take up the ny runways when there could be actual designers who drench there heart an soul into it there just annoying!! just wear the clothes dont try to make them thats my advis to celebs.

I like LAMB clothing. It is Gwen's style, many want to be like her, dress like her, and they can with her line. It is really cute, but that is my personal opinion.

I only agree with you to a point- such as J Lo, Baby phat girl, Daisy Fuentes, - yes- they should definately stay away from fashion design, but Gwen has been designing her own clothes since the 80's- she made many of her own outfits in the 90's during the height of No Doubt's career, She has been praised for years for her clothes, and for years she has been approached by designers to create a line. She choose to do L.A.M.B because she has always loved designing clothes and does have talent- IMO, Many of the other celebs- have other designers doing it all for them and they just slap their name on it

I agree. Celebrities are only making clothing lines because of their popularity and status, so they can. It gives them more money and more publicity.

Although, it can be a very smart business move. Look at Paris Hilton for instance. She has movies, a top TV show, an album, perfumes, clothes, makeup, books... that's genius in my opinion! Same as with the Olsen twins. They started their empire really young!
