Killer Heels - Please Help!

I'm about to purchase some beautiful high heels from an online store, but quite confused about sizes. I'll either be getting 5inch or 6inch pumps, some people have told me to go up a size if wearing killer heels, some have told me to stick to my normal size 5's. Does anyone have any advice?

If you are wearing heels that high, go a size higher.
