The designer is Steven shein, for a while they called him lee riot. Don't know why. Maybe .... Only thing I know is that he goes under Steven Shein

oh god he's Lee Riot!! i know Lee Riot, he's the one who design the pink plastic PRETTY necklace for Paris Hitlon and i was looking for it..!!
