Eyebrow piercings - Out?

I was thinking of getting my eyebrow pierced but everyone says its out and doesnt look good- i think they are great tho- are they too out of fashion?

unless you wear steel toed boots no you should not get your eyebrow pierced.

Depending on your age and your profession, I would advise to not get any piercing on your face. If you plan on working in an office environment or with people of any sort, you are going to have a difficult time finding someone to hire you. I would stay away from any jewelry on my face besides earrings and I would keep them at a minimum. My guy friend has a belly button ring, girls go crazy for it, not sure why buy they do. He also has his nipples pierced, that looks nice if you are into that.

I say go for an anti-eyebrow (Its a surface piercing just below the eye), I got it done a couple of months ago and people are much more interested in it than they ever were when I had my eyebrow done, and personally I think it suits me better than the eyebrow did.

personally, i think the only jewellery men should wear is a watch and, if necessary, a wedding ring, but then im quite old-fashioned about such things.

From a more practical point of view, eyebrow piercings can tend to work their way out of your skin as it's so close to the surface. This can leave an odd looking scar, so it's something you should maybe think about carefully.

But you're only young once, and if you fancy it, go for it. Fashion is a form of self-expression, after all.

Who cares if the eyebrow is in or out - if it is something you want to do - than do it. Who cares if it suits everybody else. I had my eyebrow done a couple years back and loved it. Best piercing I have had to date. I did have to take it out for work, but if I had the option, I would have kept it. The only downside is that the brow gets infected - a lot. It is extremely hard to keep that area clean I guess, oils in the skin and hair getting into the hole, I spent a lot of time trying to keep the piercing clean.

In my personal opinion, the only guys who look good with eyebrow piercings are carefree, tanned, blonde rugged surfers. With just a bar, other than that, guys should generally steer clear of facial piercings. Unless, you know, you WANT to look like a tramp.
