Okay so here's the deal, Burberry's a very sexy and cute fashion line right, it's luxurious and feminine and I love how everything is so expensive looking... But it's always the same, season after season! It's the "Burberry look" that keeps coming up all the time, PLAID, brown trench coats and brown colors... Don't you guys agree with me that they need to change things up a little more, experiment? Fashion is about being unique, artistic and creative at the same time fun, Burberry just seems to be luxurious, THAT'S ALL... And people don't get me wrong I ADORE their clothes, but they just need a little more variety, what do you think? http://upload4.postimage.org/1516039/00010m.jpg (http://upload4.postimage.org/1516039/photo_hosting.html)

I guess they feel no change is needed when they rake in my lifetime earnings in one month:lol:. Certain formulas are kept to because of consumers like you who (I'm guessing that you) love, and consume their products, and despite the fact that you desperately want some type of change, whatever new trench coat design they unroll will be instantly loved by you and the rest of the Burberry faithful. And please don't take they above comment the wrong way, Burberry is a very good establishment to be excited about. I can fully relate. Nike will, this month, again come out with another collabo with artist Stussy on yet another Dunk. It is truly a unique shoe but you feel Stussy's same 'ol vibe and style in the color, materials, and patterns, however, that is not stopping me from raping ebay night and day to find a pair in my size. Long post again lol!

Burberry could use a bit of an update-keep the same thing, but with a bit of a remix, especially colour.

I think Burberry, not unlike a business, will change when the sales need a boost. Obviously they don't need the boost! haha

Burberry has such a negative connotation these days due to horrid pikeys - i would never wear anything in the Burberry plaid but anything else is fine. Its that plaid that just screams horrid pikey! I have a pink linen dress by Burberry and love it. The last collection was good, especially all the rhinestoning (very Versace 2000)

Berrberry is looked down on in my community (mostly because of the "chavs" wearing the fake stuff )..so much that people actualy took the mick out of me just because i was wearing a burberry scarf (which was real )....burberry is a british icon , and obviously didnt want this image of their company clothing "holligans"...even thoe bad publisity is sometimes better than no publisity ... so they distance them self from the trademark check , and gone back to how it was originaly , good ol' fashion (pardon the pun) beautifull tailored clothing which looks very classy and extravagant!!!...
so no i dont think they should change because they seem to be going in the write direction now ...

i'd love to see burberry try and pull of the neon coloured 80's inspired look .... wonder how the fashion world would take that on...
i can see it no Bright greens and yellows replacing the beige and red in the checker scarf...lol:D

Personally, I think Burberry is just fine the way it is. It's a style that sticks and people enjoy it. Because of that, you can recognize Burberry in a picture or on the street. I adore Burberry so I think they should keep everything the same.

i like very much burberry... they have made changes since Christopher Bailey and Angela Ahrendts (CEO) entered in the company... like for example: changing the name from Burberry´s to Burberry... and starting a new line for younger people and less classy... it´s still classy but not as it was, don´t u remember? I think they should not change anyhting else... if they change more it wouldnt be burberry...
on otther hand some other old brands such as Dior or Balenciaga has change a lot since their creators (Mr.Balenciaga and Mr Dior) started and it was better for then... but i´m still thinking that with burberry will be very different...
and yes! i think those days burberry has some (we can say) "bad press" but I think it´s because they trust a lot in Kate Moss for they add campaigns and Kate Moss is a drug addict.. so it´s like (i´m not saying they do) making apology of drugs... and media and sociaty in general dont like this... (i have read some articles about this and about how much money Moss has earned since her drug scandal)

yeah, fake pieces of any kind of brand are also bad publicity... for brands it´s like loosing their "allure", those days they are very worry about these kind of madness for fake brand clothes and specially bags... there are some brands (not just of clothes) that have created their own department to search for companies that fake their items... and then call police or someone else...
personally I prefer to wear sth cheaper for another kind of shop than wearing a fake thing from Dior, Burberry, Chanel... i´m not mad about brands, and wearing logos
^i also like "good ol' fashion beautifull tailored clothing which looks very classy and extravagant!!!..."

I absolutely agree! I think Burbery has lots of great and beautiful clothes but that patern is getting bored.
But they don't need to delete the patern, just do some more different things.
Bye...kisses

I personally do not like Burberry! I think it is way to expensive for the quality you get! Coach, D&B, D&G...they are all way better than Burberry! Maybe I just don't like the 90's plaid look!
