I was wondering what shoes you'd recommend that I can wear with red tights, white skirt, and a black shirt.

Im looking for something black and low but I haven't seen anything I like.
Any suggestions?

i don't think u should wear anything low wit that. you should deffinetly go 4 inches or higher, it will make u look dangerously sexy, and hot.

I agree with shaq91-you should go for heels. Maybe some nice boots. I remember seeing a nice pair of black boots on http://www.girlsguidetobeauty.com I have a hunch they would match the outfit you are planning to wear!
