Yup, she's got a great voice. she's wrote many many good songs. she's a legend in her own time. beautiful voice that's perfect. great actress, too.

cos the white stripes covered "jolene" on tour and i pissed my self it was hilarious imagine jack white in a blonde wig and falses ive got a very visual imagination

jolene's a great song, fuck the white stripes the sisters of mercy version's awesome, they covered loads of great people, madonna, abba, hot chocolate haha...they do fuckin awesome versions of shitty songs tho :twisted:

cant say im a fan but she played her part in the music industry so well done to her, she did a duet with norah Jones recently too, it can be found on Norah's yet to be released album 'Feels Like Home' and on Dolly's 'Just Because I'm a Woman: The Songs of Dolly Parton' and thats fairly good for relaxing...

if i get hold of a live version of the stripes singing jolene then ill upload it if anyones intrested.
