JAMES BROWN is behind bars following claims he pushed his wife TOMI during an argument.

The singer has been charged with criminal domestic violence, BBC news reports. He is now behind bars, where he will remain until a hearing later today (January 29).

Police claim they went to the scene of an emergency call at Brown’s estate in South Carolina. It is alleged that 35 year-old Tomi was pushed to the floor during an argument.

sorry but if all that happened was she was pushed to the floor.... & he gets locked up.... that's a bit extreme. Just depends on more details though. with all the weather and political news, no news like that's made it on TV that I've seen.

I don't think a guy should beat on a woman, but I know some women just they've been beat up when they haven't. that's all that bugs me.
