on another site i post on, your thread gets deleted by an admin if you dont provide a link to the band you want to talk about/have people listen to.
not that i think anything should get deleted, or there should be hardline rules like that, i just think its a good thing to do if you want people to become interested in the band.

its just common courtesy, i guess.
and if someone REALLY wants me to listen to a band they believe is good and deserves recognition, they should put forth the effort to show that they think said band is worthwhile.
